Ingredients

45ml Cognac
- 25ml Little Mixers Mango Purée
- 20ml Cointreau (or Grand Marnier)
- 15ml Little Mixers Lime Juice
- 10ml Honey Syrup (equal parts honey and warm water)
- 2 dashes of bitters
- 30ml Champagne
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or highball.
- Gently top with Champagne for a refined sparkle.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
- Sip and enjoy!
