LAST MANGO IN PARIS RECIPE

Last Mango in Paris

A sip of romance - Smooth & Sultry

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45ml Cognac / (Non-Alcoholic Cognac Alternative)
  • 25ml Little Mixers Mango Purée
  • 20ml Cointreau / (Non-Alcoholic Orange Liqueur Alternative)
  • 15ml Little Mixers Lime Juice
  • 10ml Honey Syrup (equal parts honey and warm water)
  • 2 dashes of bitters
  • 30ml Champagne

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or highball.
  4. Gently top with Champagne for a refined sparkle.
  5. Garnish with an orange twist.
  6. Sip and enjoy!
